Have been using Yotpo for the last couple of months. I have been getting consistent reviews from customers. Customer support is timely and reminders from Yotpo for "Recommended reviews" are helpful. Will surely consider upgrading my plan! Keep up the good work pls.

I didn't write a review for a while because I'm a real cheapskate (admittedly) and paying so much for a premium subscription service when free options are available really is something I resist. Don't ask me why. Even if the free option is clearly bad business, I'll usually choose it over a pay version. So for me to write a positive review of a pay service, it has to be totally stellar.

Very disappointed in Yotpo's service! I wish I hadn't used this app to start with and sent this out to our customers as they have written reviews and I just cannot publish them and I don't want to ask them to write reviews again. I've reached out several times and a lady named Lucy is very slack in getting back to me.

2021 update: Still with yotpo I most say there app and customer service is top snotch, I definitely would not be shopping around for any other review apps, yotpo has all you need. Customer support is super calm and patient. Thank you guys again! 2019: So I changed theme and it came with a review of it's own. However didnt like it as it doesn't provide the services Yotpo does. I contacted Yotpo and they went ahead and had the codes for me, it was stress free as usually some companies I've dealt with send an article how to add the code. Anyways I'm very happy with this app and now my review stars are exactly where they are suppose to be!

The app works very well I am mostly using it for collecting reviews and sending out mail to collect reviews. I had issues while setting up my account and the customer service was outstanding they had me up and running in no time.
