Its my the second time I had to talk with support for a minor issue that I was not able to resolve from my side., literally, it took less than 2 minutes, and a person connected with me and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. i loved the plan that says 50 subscriptions free, which makes it the best option out of all other subscription apps.
