Just a few weeks in. The number that stayed with me is bot Add-to-Cart events. Those fire to Meta the same as a real shopper, so the pixel has been training the algorithm to find lookalikes of bots. Hadn't thought about it that way before.

The report showed people finding my store through ChatGPT, was not expecting to see any visitors from there. Small numbers but it's growing week over week and there's nothing in Shopify Analytics that tells you. Useful to have something tracking it now instead of wondering later.

Wasn't sure I had a bot problem until I installed Melt. Within a week the report made it obvious and more importantly, it showed me which products were getting hit and at what stage of the funnel. That detail makes the data actually useful, not just interesting. I now have something real to bring to my agency instead of guessing. Setup was simple. Solid app, would highly recommend.

Started using Melt because our ad performance was getting harder to read and ROAS dipping without an obvious cause. I'd been hearing bot traffic could be part of the problem and wanted to see for myself if it was real for our store. Results are pretty shocking. The weekly report is the first thing I open every Monday. It shows exactly how much of my Add-to-Cart traffic is bot-driven, which SKUs got hit, and where in the funnel things are clean vs. not. The report itself is beautifully designed and genuinely informative. The Click Placement chart in particular is really cool, you can literally see where on the ATC button bots cluster vs. where real humans tap.
