Shopify Marketplace Connect

I never write reviews, but this app is rubbish :( it's caused me so countless customer issue problems. It sends some orders through to Shopify and not other & if you use a fulfilment centre and want the orders to push through once dispatching them from Shopify the app only partially works on this front as well. I tried asking their customer service team and i simply get referred to either Shopify or my fulfilment centre...what a headache!!

Ich bin noch bei der Einrichtung. Immer wenn mal eine Frage auftaucht kann man 24/7 den Support per Chat erreichen, und die Leute dort sind fähig und können meist schnell weiterhelfen. I am busy pushing a lot of listings to eBeay in these days. I had more than one great support experiences with Jae, Mary-Grace and Ice. They know what they do. I will stick with this app for shure!

Transitioning to a new platform is not easy and Codisto with its superb support agents made this process smooth. Once again, terrible service from Codisto. Their app stopped updating shipping information back to Amazon today ~ 6 hours ago at least ~ yet Codisto does nothing to proactively notify their customers of the failure. When I discovered the issue, I immediately opened a chat with support and was told that they were aware of the issue (why didn't you notify me then???) but they had no ETA on when it would be fixed. Now, I have over 40 orders in Amazon that I will need to go manually update with tracking information to avoid having late shipment impact to my Amazon account. I really wish Codisto would clean up support and start being proactive. When this app works, it works, but when it doesn't, you cannot get a straight answer. SMH.

I would be very cautious about using this app to connect your selling platforms like amazon, etsy, etc. The customer service people are not trained to communicate well and sometimes do not give you the full information. I was told I can unsyce my listing from Etsy and never told it would be deleted and it was. They responded with something like its my fault for not asking, although I was asking them. Losing a listing means all my reviews are deleted. Careful anyone who uses this app!

This app does not work, and very very slow app. I tried to list on amazon and Walmart it will not list. Will not link eather errors errors and errors.

5-star for sure. Working with Amazon it is piece of cake.
